About

Senior System Engineer and IT leader with over 15 years of hands-on experience designing, administering, and securing enterprise infrastructure across banking, advertising, and technology sectors. I started my career on the ground as a field technician and have grown into a role where I lead engineering teams, shape cloud strategy, and drive organization-wide IT resilience.

My core expertise sits at the intersection of Microsoft cloud and on-premises ecosystems — Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, Active Directory, and hybrid identity — complemented by strong Linux skills validated by Red Hat's RHCE and RHCSA certifications. I have worked extensively in high-availability, security-sensitive environments, including several years supporting a major Greek bank's infrastructure and VDI estate.

Security is a through-line in everything I do. Holding the Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert and (ISC)² Cybersecurity certifications, I approach infrastructure with a security-first mindset — from identity and access management to threat mitigation and compliance. My Azure Solutions Architect Expert and DevOps Engineer Expert certifications reflect my commitment to building systems that are scalable, automated, and future-proof.

Currently leading a Support & Escalation Engineering team, I bridge the gap between technical depth and people management — driving SLA performance, mentoring engineers, and collaborating across product and development teams to turn recurring incidents into permanent fixes. I also built a Network Operations Center (NOC) from the ground up, defining processes, tooling, and monitoring standards.
